Nah using single core A64 here and it's no client freez. The chat and UI are fully responsive. I even fought some guy once while my screen wasn't updating anymore. I couldnt see him but i could target him with the overview!

Anyone fond a solution/workaround for this yet. It's definatly not onboard sound. It might be Teamspeak but i just cannot stop using Teamspeak. No TS no game.
